The Middle School Junior FCCLA Officers attended the 2024 Lead Conference in Duncan, Oklahoma. The theme this year was “Gold Medal Leadership.” We got to hear an amazing message from the keynote speaker, Kelly Barnes. He encouraged the students to use gold medal leadership (Growth, Ownership, Love and Dare greatly) in their schools and communities. Each student attended separate workshops to gain a better understanding of the current officer roles they serve in.
